How do the 15 free minutes work?
Sign up below and we'll set up your account with 15 free minutes. Use them on a real call with a client or customer to see how it works before you buy minutes.
What is the difference between US-based and global interpreters?
US-based interpreters are located in the United States and available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern. Choose them if your policies, payers or contracts require it. The global network uses screened interpreters in other countries at a lower per-minute rate during the same hours, which works well for routine calls such as scheduling, intake and follow-ups. You can tell us which you want when you sign up.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. You buy minutes in advance and add more when you need them. There is no monthly fee or minimum.
What happens when my balance runs low?
If auto top-up is on, we charge your saved card for another block of minutes. If it's off, we let you know so a call isn't cut short.
Phone or video, which should I use?
Phone works for most calls and needs nothing but a phone. Video helps when seeing faces or gestures matters, such as reviewing a document together.
Which languages do you cover?
Spanish today. More languages are coming soon. Tell us which ones you need.
Do you offer in-person interpreters?
Not at the moment. TandemVoice is phone and video only.
